ABOUT MARC
Hi, I'm Marc
I'm a fully qualified, patient and friendly automatic driving instructor based in Whitby. Learning to drive can be exciting, but I understand it can also feel daunting - especially if you are nervous, lack confidence or have had a bad experience in the past. My aim is simple: make learning to drive feel as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.
I will work at your pace, explain things clearly and help you build your confidence lesson by lesson. I provide a door to door service across Whitby, Sleights, Sandsend, Ruswarp, Hawsker, Stainsacre and Aislaby.

Marc is a friendly down to earth guy and highly professional as an instructor. He explains things really well and it all just clicked. I was so close to giving up before.
I was previously learning in manual with 3 failed tests (different area and v poor instructor in comparison) and since I switched to auto and having Marc as my instructor it was the best choice. The automatic is really nice to drive and as there is no clutch and gears it takes all the stress away, you can focus on driving safely. So for anyone feeling stuck I really recommend making the swap to auto. I could only do the one particular day each week and Marc has been understanding with this. I passed my test just recently and still can’t believe it! Absolutely the best instructor you will find. Thank you so much again 10/10 A++++ ☺️

I teach in a modern electric automatic vehicle. It’s quiet, smooth, and easy to drive making it a great car for learning.

Absolutely. There is no need to worry about being nervous, I will work at your pace and help you build confidence gradually in a calm and supportive environment.
Where do you teach?
I provide lessons in Whitby and the surrounding areas including Sleights, Sandsend, Ruswarp, Hawsker, Stainsacre and Aislaby.
